License Club Update

Dear Members,

I'm very pleased to announce that Mainland Football have accepted our application for a Regional League, and Regional Youth League Club Licence.  It will be approved subject to some audits they want to conduct before 28 February 2019.  We are very confident we will achieve full approval.

Upon full approval granted at the end of February, Waimak will gain automatic entry of one team into each of the Mainland Football Premier Youth Division 1, 13th Grade, 14th Grade and 15th Grade Leagues.

We are very pleased about this as a Club and a big thank you to Mainland Football for working closely with us on this.

Kind regards

Owen Hallmark
Acting Chair

Concussion Policy

Please find below the link to the Mainland Football Policy on Concussion and Management of Concussion, that clubs have agreed to put in use.

Coaches, managers, and team first aiders, are asked to read and understand the implications for players suffering concussion.

It is also a valuable resource for parents to read, in order to understand team management decisions.
