WHO: A program of ball discovery and learning FUNdamentals for players turning 7-8 years, using best practice, by following the NZFootball Whole of Football Plan for Fun Football.

NOTE: If it is the players first season and they are turning 6 the best option would be the First Kicks.  Players must remain in their age group for the In-House Programme. New players to football should complete a season in Fun Football if they are 8 turning 9.

Consideration should be given to technical/tactical, social/emotional, mental, and physical capabilities as the player will be playing with and against 7/8 year olds in Fun Football.

Early Bird Fee: $110 (paid by 15th March 2024).

Standard Fee: $135 (paid after 15th March 2024).

WHERE: Maria Andrews, Coldstream Road, Rangiora.

WHEN: Saturday mornings - Sessions run from 9.00am-10.30am (Skills Session - 9.00am-9.30am, followed by Game 1 9.35am-9.55am  Game 2 10.00am-10.20am).

Start Date: 27th April 2024

Finish Date: Saturday 7th September 2024

No football on Kings Birthday Weekend, Matariki Weekend or the middle weekend of July school holidays.

Prizegiving Date: 7th September 2024

INFORMATION:

• Skills sessions followed by a game with game leaders following the NZ Football- Whole of Football curriculum.
• Number of sessions: 15 x sessions.
• Players will need to provide black shorts, black socks, shinpads and boots.  Playing Tops will be provided and given to coaches to give out to the team at the start of the season. 
• Shin pads are COMPULSORY.
• If it is deemed unsafe due to heavy rain or cold conditions the session may be cancelled. Cancellations will be listed on the club website and Facebook page.​​​​​​​
