Born 2011 U13, 2010 U14, 2009 U15, 2008 & 2007 U17

WHO: A program for Youth teams at U13, U14, U15, U17 & U19 grades.

  • Canterbury Development Leagues (youth premier leagues) for U13, U14, U15 and U17 grade (go to TDP Menu for more information).
  • U13 Grade Development Team - New in 2024 (see below).

U13 Grade Youth Development Team (new in 2024)

COST

Early Bird Fee: $235 (paid by 15th March 2024).

Standard Fee: $260 (paid after 15th March 2024).

WHERE: Home games are held at Kendall Park, Island Road Kaiapoi. Away games are in Christchurch.

WHEN:  Saturdays. Times are dependent on grade level.

Start Date: Saturday 27th April 2024.

Finish Date: 7th September 2024 (TBC)

No football on Kings Birthday Weekend or the middle weekend of July school holidays.

Prizegiving Date: 14th September 2024 (TBC)

South Island and Regional Tournaments (U13-U17 grade) October School Holidays. Dates TBC.

U19 Grade Coastal Spirit Tournament - Labour Weekend 2024

Open Sessions:

The Club will run 13th Grade Development Open Sessions for the U13 Grade Development Team on the 21st & 28th February, and the 6th & 13th March 2024.

This team will have two trainings a week during the season.  These may be on grass or turf.

UNIFORM:

  • Shirts will be provided for each player.
  • Players provide their own black shorts and socks, shinpads and boots. 
  • Shin pads are COMPULSORY.
  • Full Adidas Uniform will need to be purchased in 2025 for this grade.

CANCELLATIONS: Grounds and game cancellations will be on the Club website and Facebook page as well as Mainland Football website.
